Step 1: Discover comprises of two (2) sections:

  1. Section A. Workforce Analysis and
  2. Section B. Workforce Profile in the Job Redesign Guide.

The Workforce Analysis helps you find out the functions that require more manpower while the Workforce Profile helps you decide the suitable Job Redesign method to adopt.

The two sets of information will help you to identify the work processes or areas that can be improved under Step 2: Diagnose.

Human Resource Manager, Operation Manager and/or Business Owner

How to fill up?

Fill up the total number of employees for Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) in one outlet. This application will focus on redesigning only the section with the most employees in the outlet.

If you know the area that you wish to redesign (FOH or BOH), you may enter ‘0’ for the irrelevant areas.
