Singapore Productivity Centre (SGPC) adopts the Productivity House Framework, developed by SPRING Singapore, as the basis and approach in our consultancy, business advisory, training and workshops, study missions, research and publication to help our enterprises transform. The Productivity House Framework was developed as a result of a series of extensive retail and food productivity benchmarking exercise and deep dives interviews with companies and industry experts to understand the productivity drivers and key levers enterprises can adopt to remain competitive and profitable.
