The study mission was jointly organised by Singapore Productivity Centre, The Hong Kong Productivity Council and SZ-HK Productivity Training Institute (SZTI), to help Singapore Food Services enterprises to acquire breakthrough innovative ideas and ‘how to?adopt relevant technology to attain business sustainability.
The highlights of the trip included the understudy of well-known food services company such as :
1. Hai Di Lao Hot Pot- Find out the secrets in achieving quality service standards using digital service;
2. Mrs Chefs (合口味)- Learnt innovative ways that incorporated technology into traditional food businesses
3. Pasta Wang (面点王)- a Chinese fast-food noodle chain. Learnt how they innovate and transform from a traditional noodle restaurant to today’s number one fast-food noodle chain in China.
