Responsibilities

• Marketing and prospecting for productivity and consultancy projects.

• Develop productivity proposals and solutions to meet the needs of businesses in the sector.

• Manage relationships with clientele to discover business needs and propose service offerings.

• Initiate and facilitate collaborative industry projects to address productivity challenges.

• Deliver and manage consultancy projects. The scope of a project includes diagnosis to.

• identify areas for improvement, development of action roadmap and implementation of solutions.

 

Requirements

• A good Degree or equivalent in Retail Studies, Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business, Engineering and related disciplines.

• At least 3 years of relevant professional and consulting experience in productivity improvement in the Services sector preferred.

• Candidates with working experience in the Retail and/or Food Services sectors will have a strong advantage.

• Well-versed in productivity concepts, measurement and solutions.

• Results- and customer-oriented.

• A strong team player who is good in both verbal and written communication skills.

Responsible for providing technical and functional leadership, coaching, solution design and training for consultancy work, including promotion to industry and engagement with companies and key stakeholders to elevate the stature and quality of delivery of the organisation’s work.

Responsibilities

• Perform the role of a solution architect to lead and enable consultants to stitch solution to projects and ensure that proposals submitted to client are of the highest standards.

• Oversees progress of consultancy projects, management and control quality in the delivery and implementation of projects and final deliverables to client.

• Provides technical and domain expertise support to ensure quality curation, development and delivery of relevant and impactful training programmes, workshops, study mission and publications for the companies and the industry. Work with the management and HR to identify, develop and refine the success profile for consultants including gaps analysis and training plan to develop the mindsets and skillsets of a high quality practice.

• Set up standards and continuous improvement of consultancy practices and services of SPC including quality framework, consulting processes, fee structure, client feedback system and performance management.

• Implement effective structure and processes of consulting practice to deliver quality and impactful outcomes valued by clients leading to increased revenue and profitability.

• Develop a competent and consistently high performing team.

 

Requirements

• A good Degree or equivalent in Retail Studies, Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business, Engineering and related disciplines.

• At least 10 years of working experience with the last 3 years in a management or supervisory capacity.

• Strong technical and applied knowledge in managing and delivering consultancy projects, project management, training curriculum development and delivery for Services sector.

• Skilled in stakeholders management.

• Well-versed in productivity concepts, measurement and solutions.

• Results and customer-oriented.
